ABOUT
Roger C. Tucker III is Founder and Director of Tucker Contemporary Art. As an art advisory, Tucker Contemporary Art works with collectors and institutions interested in acquiring, exhibiting and promoting the work of emerging contemporary artists. This eclectic mix of artists challenge class, culture, gender and racial boundaries that define the global contemporary art world today. Leveraging experience in fine art, marketing and education, TCA advances the careers of African American and other underrepresented artists. These artists are academically trained or outside the mainstream.
A recognized influencer in social media with extensive experience in art, business and education, Tucker advocates for a more inclusive art community that embraces the unique perspectives of diverse artists.
Tucker received his BFA from The Cooper Union, MS from Pratt Institute and Professional Certificate in Art Business from New York University.
Tucker serves as Board President of GlassRoots, a nonprofit, glass art center in Newark, NJ.
